Charges the warehouse already did
Match receiving, storage, kitting and projects to the contract, and invoice what the rate card already allows.

Most warehouse systems bill what someone configured them to bill. They do not bill what the team did on a Thursday because a customer asked, and nobody wrote a line for it.
Independent fulfillment houses with one or a few buildings leak revenue in that gap. Receiving that took longer than the slot, storage past the included days, kitting, relabeling, a special project that lived in a text message.
The comparison
Each cycle, activity is set next to the contract:
- What moved, and when
- Which rate card line it falls under
- What was invoiced
- What was done and not invoiced
The list is the work product. Recovery on a share of what gets billed, for a few cycles, is how an owner proves it. After that, a flat fee keeps the check running so the leakage does not return.
Why it is fiddly
Every customer contract is a different rate card, and the exports are messy. That mess is the job. If the data were clean, the WMS module would already have caught it.
Start with one building and the contracts that make up most of the revenue. Do not promise every special project in week one. Promise the lines a billing manager would have found if they had had the week.
The general manager can approve a pilot in a few weeks if you ask for exports and contracts, not a system replacement.
